My lifestyle change


I know this is the same after picture but I thought this was another good one that shows my weight loss!

Before I was 220 back in 2010. After is March 2012 and i am between 188-189



Before was from May of 2010. I was around 220. The after is about 2 weeks ago, I think March 30th 2012. I am at 189

just an update

I have been doing okay with my diet. I have been killing it at the gym and getting in the sauna quite a bit. I will have another weigh in in another month but I will give everyone an update when I go to the gym next. I can feel myself getting smaller and I LOVE IT!!!


Gotta push Harder

Well I have reached the “180’s” I am between 185 and 188 I have been stuck here for  about a weeks or so now. I have kind of fallen off my diet a little. I pretty much have not been eating as much as I am supposed to. I have only been eating a little chicken for lunch and pretty much whatever I want for dinner. I am gettin back on it tomorrow with my oatmeal for breakfast, protein twice a day and a veggie with my lunch.

Also for my workouts I have been doing some good workouts but I don’t feel that I have been pushing myself as much as I should. I have got to start pushing because I want the same results as I had this last time when I weigh in again. 



Finally…..here are my before and during pictures!!! I am pretty embarrassed to put them up but proud as well!

So I promise I will post my pics soon, I am trying to figure out how to put them together in before and after pictures…lol. 

Anyways, thought I would let ya’ll know my results for the past 2 months.

First of all I have lost 12 lbs

I have lost 9 3/4 inches

Waist        42               39  (thats 3 inches off my waist)

My body fat % went from 38.3 to 36.7 

Just to let everyone know I have tried all kinds of diets you can think of and even diet pills. All I have been doing the past 2 months is eating healthy and exercising and these are the best results I have ever gotten!!! I am so excited to see where I will be around summer time!!!!

Sorry I haven’t really been updating lately. I have been a little busy and haven’t really had much updating to do since I haven’t been able to weigh myself and all. BUT…..in 2 more days I will be weighing in and getting my measurements, and I will make sure to update you all. Also I will be taking my “during” picture. So no matter if I like it or not I will be posting that up here as well! I’m really excited. I have been trying to workout really hard these last few days so I can get as much weight gone before my weigh in ;)



This is another 5k I would love to do!!! It’s not until december though so I’l have to find a few more to do in the mean time!



Back to working out

Im so excited!!! Now that I don’t have anymore pain from getting my wisdom teeth I get to go back to the gym! I haven’t been in a little over a week. And that’s pretty rough on me since I am usually there like 4 times a week. Anyhow, I am weighing in next Tuesday which is when I will be taking a progress picture (which I am very nervous about) So needless to say I will be doing some hard core working out this week!
