Back to working out
Im so excited!!! Now that I don’t have anymore pain from getting my wisdom teeth I get to go back to the gym! I haven’t been in a little over a week. And that’s pretty rough on me since I am usually there like 4 times a week. Rugged Maniac Mud Run
The mud run was very fun!!! We finished it in an hour. It was a little different running on the grass so I had to stop a lot more than I normally do when I run which slowed us down a little bit. AND I learned that next time I should not wear any kind of pants unless they are spandex material because the mud weighs them down so much that you have to hold them up. Other than that I did 15 out of 18...

Vibram 5 finger shoes
For anyone who is wondering how the running is going with my new Vibram 5 finger shoes……..it’s pretty good so far.
1 I find myself being able to run for longer periods of time without stopping 2. They are comfy ( need to be broken in but comfy) 3. They will be awesome for the mud run on saturday.
On another note, THEY KILL MY CALVES!!!! I dont know what it is about them but...

I RAN!!!
YAY!!! I finally am able to start being active again without having any pain in my gums! I ran 2.5 miles last night. I wanted to try my Vibram shoes. I like them but I will have to get used to them! I am just overly excited because I was dying not being able to be active and go to the gym!
On another note, My weigh in is in 2 weeks on March 6th and I will be getting measured to! I am so...

Running didn’t go to good today! I walked for a bit and then tried to jog……i made it like 45 seconds and my gums started hurting so bad.
I need this pain to be over with so I can get back on track! I hope it goes away soon.

run today
So I have been miserable the past few days since I got my wisdom teeth out. I havent been able to eat healthy foods and havent been able to do any kind of exercise.
Today I am going to attempt to go on a run! I’m excited but nervous. I just hope I don’t feel a lot of pain from it.

Wisdom teeth=gone
Well…..yesterday I got my wisdom teeth taken out. I am in such bad pain right now, but I am glad they are gone. However my diet hasn’t really been to good. Yesterday I had one meal and it was potato bacon soup. Today I have had Broccoli Cheddar soup from panera and mashed potatoes. That is really all I can eat. I guess the soup is somewhat health. Valentines Day
Today me and my fiance went out to dinner for Valentines day. It didn’t go to good for me lol. We went to Olive Garden…..that should be enough said but I’ll go ahead and tell you what I had anyways! So this week will be kind of slow for me fitness-wise. I wasn’t able to go today and won’t be able to go tomorrow. I'm a little of a slacker
I don’t really know whats up I just know I am in a funk. I am still going to the gym about 3-4 times a week but my workouts have been really on the easy side. I haven’t really pushed myself. I am just trying to work through the funk though, that way I can get back to my workouts that actually challenge me! Hope you guys are doing a little better than I am.

It is teasing me. It sits in the corner at the gym staring at me!! I wanted to weigh myself sooooo bad tonight but guess what…….I didn’t.

small goal weight
Also I decided to make a smaller goal weight for now! I don’t want to feel so far away from my goal. So my Ultimate Goal Weight is 140. My small goal weight is 180. Hopefully I can get there by April. I think that is a good enough time.

Bad day!
Today I feel rather bloated :( I don’t really know why but it does not feel good. Anybody know a good way to feel un-bloated (if thats a word) lol?

this weekend
So this weekend I allowed myself to eat something that I wanted for the superbowl. I had some chips and cheese. And guess what today I am right back on track. I love that feeling of being bale to eat something I want and easily step up and get back on it. This lifestyle is getting a little bit easier!

Running again!!! (Rugged Maniac)
Also I forgot to tell ya’ll……My fiance and I just signed up last night for a mudrun called the Rugged Maniac!
Back in November and December I would go running at least 3 times a week. Since I joined the gym I have only been running on the treadmill. By the way treadmills are A LOT easier to run on than the road or sidewalk! So since we signed up I decided I need to start running...

I took a power pump class tonight and it was the hardest workout ever! My chest muscles have never worked so hard. I swear my boobs were shaking cuz the muscles were working so hard lol. It was a very intense class. The only think I didn’t like much was the instructor. She was okay just came off a little rude. I know I am going to be hurting bad tomorrow!
