back on track
So this is the most consistent I have been with working out and eating right in forever. I’ve tried lots of stuff in the past and always gave up. In November I started running at least 3 times a week. I used to HATE running and I don’t know what happened to make me love it but I do now. Then I joined a gym on December 28th. I felt kind of lost and still kind of do. BUT I hired a personal trainer who put me on a strict diet (he said at least for a month)
I have been doing awesome on this diet until this weekend when I was hanging out with some friends who wanted to get pizza and I gave in. I dont know why but I felt like I was sinning or something when I ate it. Anyways, I had that and a grilled sandwich from wendys on Sat. Now I just need to get back on track. I haven’t gotten off track yet on this diet so I am hoping it won’t be so hard for me to get back on! But I guess I’ll let everyone know how it goes!
