So I guess its not so hard to get back on track! So far today I’ve had Breakfast- oatmeal w/ a little peanut butter Snack- 10 almonds Lunch- parmesan encrusted tilapia, broccoli and almonds So I’m doing pretty good today. I would love to go to the gym tonight but might just run around the neighborhood instead since we already had plans :( I’m so proud of myself for being dedicated and getting back on track!
