Goal time!!!

Just want to put some of my goals out there!!!

Short term goal…..I would like to lose 20 pounds before summer. So maybe around May. I am about 200 right now so I’d like to be around 180 then. I just want to feel comfortable on the beach instead of self conscious the whole time. 

Long term goals……I would eventually like to lose about 60 to 70 pounds. I would like to go between 130 and 140. I feel like that is a healthy weight for me. I am 5’7 so probably 140 would be healthiest. 

Right now my Body Fat Percentage is ridiculous. It is a whoppin’ 38%. I know…..crazy! So that has got to go down. 

One of my biggest goals is to run the Tough Mudder this year when it comes here to Jacksonville. I have done other 5k’s in the past but this one is about 12 miles and with lots of obstacles. My fiance did it last year and I just want to be fit enough to do it this time around. 

My biggest goal is just to make a healthy life for myself!
