a little frustrated……
So I went to the gym tonight. I meet with my trainer on Tuesdays. I weighed myself only to find that I am at 201! I started out at 205 on like Jan. 8th or so and I was down to like 198 in the first week and a half. So it’s just kind of frustrating that I have gained 3 pounds back!
I told my trainer how upset I was and he told me to give it time and that at least I lost and that I am gaining lean muscle at the same time! I understand what he is saying but it is really hard for me to go from being a scale person ( weighing myself like 3 times a day) to trying not to weigh for like a week at a time! And then not really seeing the results I want to see on the scale! I know that sometimes this can be a slow process so I just need to be patient and remember that this is about changing my whole lifestyle not just about losing weight. Idk I guess we will see how this goes.
