Uh-Oh
So I guess I did something kinda bad tonight!!! I didn’t eat dinner! When I left the gym I was going straight to my friends house. I didn’t want to get fast food so I just decided I would not eat anything and have my spoonful of peanut butter when I get home! I know it’s bad but I really didnt want to get fast food. Also I didn’t do day 3 of Jillian’s 30 day shred because I did Zumba tonight and was out for the rest of the night! But I will be picking that back up tomorrow!
Tomorrow I am trying spinach for the first time!! Kinda scared!!!!
Also I have a question. I have chicken pretty much every day! I usually just cook it on the stove top. What are the best ways that you have cooked chicken?
