Since January is over thought I would recap.

SW: 205
CW: 199
Total loss in JAN: 6lbs

GW: 140

Some differences I am seeing:
I crave sodas less (hardly at all) which is a big deal being that I used to pretty much be addicted!
Also when I smell fast food I don’t give in….at the beginning I would have most likely given in! I also LOVE working out now! Of course I have a day here and here that I don’t feel like it but for the most part I legitimately enjoy it.
I can also notice my face being a little less pudgy :)

I love seeing these changes so early on ecaus ei Know there are more to come!
