How do you allow people to comment on your blog posts and how can I reply to an answer that someone left for my question?

About me
My name is Kristin. I am 24 years old and I want to have a good and healthy lifestyle. I have always been big growing up and I want to change that now. My heaviest weight was 228 which was crazy! I have tried multiple weight loss methods including HCG and other pills and stuff. This got me down to my current weight of 200.
