Bad day!

Today I feel rather bloated :( I don’t really know why but it does not feel good. Anybody know a good way to feel un-bloated (if thats a word) lol?


  1. fitness-central answered: Hey there! 1.) LOTS of water (with lemon will help) 2.)No breads/pasta. Add fiber. 3.) Avoid salt and sodium. Hope I helped! :)
