I’m a little of a slacker

I don’t really know whats up I just know I am in a funk. I am still going to the gym about 3-4 times a week but my workouts have been really on the easy side. I haven’t really pushed myself. I am just trying to work through the funk though, that way I can get back to my workouts that actually challenge me! Hope you guys are doing a little better than I am.
